1. About ICC and these terms

These terms cover your use of the India Career Counseling (ICC) website, including its course explorer, comparison tools, guides, event photographs and enquiry links. “ICC”, “we” and “us” refer to India Career Counseling, the brand whose contact details appear on this website.

The website introduces our guidance services for students and families. Any individual counselling engagement, application assistance or other paid service must be agreed separately. These website terms do not replace the written scope and conditions of such an engagement.

2. Guidance, courses and admission decisions

Course pages are starting points for exploration, not a prospectus or an offer of admission. Course names, subjects, possible career directions and indicative durations may differ between institutions. Always check current eligibility, fees, recognition, curriculum, deadlines and admission procedures directly with the institution or relevant authority before applying or paying.

ICC does not award the qualifications listed in the course explorer. A listing, comparison or discussion does not guarantee admission, examination results, a scholarship, a visa, professional registration, employment or a particular salary. These decisions depend on the relevant organisations, applicable requirements and your individual circumstances.

Blog articles provide general educational information. They do not replace institution-specific advice or advice from a suitably qualified legal, financial, immigration or healthcare professional where that is needed.

3. Enquiries, appointments and communication

The enquiry form prepares a message using the details you enter. Choosing WhatsApp opens an external messaging link; choosing email opens your email application. You must send the message in that service for it to reach ICC. “Your message is ready” is not confirmation that ICC has received it.

Sending an enquiry does not reserve an appointment, secure a seat, submit an application or create a payment obligation. Confirm the service, appointment details and any applicable fees directly with ICC. Communication services and delivery are subject to the availability of your device, connection and chosen provider.

4. Students and parents

Students are welcome to explore the public guides and courses. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or lawful guardian when contacting us and before sharing personal documents or agreeing to services. A parent or guardian should handle any paid arrangement on your behalf.

Give accurate information relevant to your enquiry. If you contact us for another person, make sure you have their permission or the appropriate authority. Do not submit another student’s records without permission.

5. Fees, cancellations and refunds

This website does not operate an online checkout or collect payments. Before purchasing any service from ICC, obtain written confirmation of the scope, charges, payment recipient, delivery arrangements and cancellation or refund conditions. No universal refund schedule is created by these website terms.

Institution, examination, visa or other third-party charges are governed by the relevant provider’s terms. Do not assume that paying a third party guarantees acceptance, or that its charges are refundable. Nothing in these terms removes any non-excludable consumer rights.

6. Respectful and lawful use

Use the website for genuine education enquiries and personal research. Do not send spam, impersonate someone, submit misleading information, upload harmful material through linked communication channels or attempt to disrupt the website or gain unauthorised access to systems.

You may link to our public pages and use the comparison tool to support your own decisions. Do not present ICC’s materials as your own commercial service or imply an affiliation or approval that has not been agreed.

7. Content, photographs and third-party references

ICC branding, site copy, design and event photographs are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may read and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Ask before republishing photographs, logos or substantial portions of the content. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licences.

Event photographs document real interactions supplied by ICC. Names or logos visible in those photographs do not, by themselves, establish a current partnership, endorsement or guaranteed admission route. Illustrative imagery and common student pathway examples are not testimonials or evidence of individual outcomes.

External links, including official education resources, maps, WhatsApp and email services, lead to services outside this website. Check their current information and terms before relying on them.

8. Accuracy, availability and responsibility

We aim to make the website useful and understandable, but information may need correction and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Tell us if you find an error so it can be reviewed. Keep copies of important correspondence and verify time-sensitive requirements through official sources.

You remain responsible for your final education choices and for checking application details before submission. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit remedies that applicable consumer law makes available to you.
